As a Digital Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility is to internally support over 10 clients primarily focusing on tech development and media launch tasks.
You will communicate internally with various teams such as account management, digital strategy, technical development, and media operations.
Your day-to-day tasks include following task templates and deadlines using a project management tool (Workfront) to coordinate the development of various digital assets like emails, lightboxes, donation forms, and custom site projects.
Additionally, you'll manage the launch of media campaigns including Google Grants, paid search, paid social, and programmatic ads.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels in adhering to timelines and established practices, possesses strong communication skills to liaise between teams, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Importantly, this role is not client-facing and doesn't involve working directly with social platforms, DSPs, Google, coding, or creative development.
Instead, you'll facilitate internal processes to ensure that client campaigns are executed smoothly and successfully by providing the necessary support and resources to the tech and media teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate internally with various teams including account management, digital strategy, technical development, and media operations.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront to follow task templates and deadlines for tech development and media launch tasks.
- Oversee the creation and deployment of digital assets such as emails, lightboxes, donation forms, and custom site projects.
- Manage the launch of media campaigns including Google Grants, paid search, paid social, and programmatic ads.
- Maintain strong communication skills to relay deadlines, hold teams accountable, and negotiate with other departments when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to set timelines, task templates, and requirements to support successful execution of client campaigns without direct client interaction.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player, seeking support when needed and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation to address any conflicts or issues that may arise during project execution.
LOCATION : Remote.
Pay Range expected for the position : $45,000 - $50,000 annually.
The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate)
