Job Title : Payment Processing Specialist
Location : Mesa, AZ
Duration : Contract to Hire
Pay rate : $18 / hr
Day-to-Day & Responsibilities :
- Avg daily call volume – 40-50 calls per day
- Strictly calls to start assignment but then tier I emails after ramping up if doing well
- Taking payments from customers and handling disputes with corresponding escalations as needed.
