Responsibilities :
- Oversee the organizational processes and operation to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, human resource, and financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop long term planning and to support company goals.
- Develop, recommend, implement, and monitor annual budgets to ensure profitable and strategic growth and return on investment.
- Communicate with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects.
- Provide support to and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of multiple departments within the organization.
- Coordinate with sales team members to develop pricing strategies, contractual agreements, and to exceed customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities to expand or shift strategy based on market changes.
- Provide mentorship while developing junior members of the organization.
- Address and resolve employee and customer related issues.

- Effective issue management skills, problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation.

Qualifications / Requirements :
- College degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience with tubular products
- 5 -10 years of management experience
