The Opportunity
As an Experienced Sales Arborist with RTEC , youll take on a key role in shaping client relationships, driving revenue growth, and advancing best practices in sustainable tree care. You will :
Engage with high-value residential, commercial, and municipal clients to assess arboricultural needs, delivering expert recommendations on advanced tree care solutions.Develop and present detailed proposals rooted in safety, science, and sustainability.Manage the full sales cycle, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Leverage your industry expertise to mentor and support junior sales staff, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our team.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand RTECs client base and impact.Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.We Offer

ISA Certified Arborist (preferred). Additional certifications (TRAQ, CTSP, etc.) are highly valued.3-5+ years of proven success in arboricultural sales or a related green industry role.Strong track record of building and managing a book of business.Expert communicator, able to translate complex arboricultural concepts into clear, compelling solutions for clients.Entrepreneurial mindset : goal-oriented, competitive, and proactive in driving sales.Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, proposal software, and digital communication tools.A collaborative professional who contributes positively to team culture and shares knowledge to elevate peers.
