Job descriptionManage and review complex tax-exempt organization returns (Form 990, 990-PF, 990-T) for trusts, estates, foundations, and nonprofit entities Oversee client relationships and serve as trusted advisor on trust and estate tax planning Conduct research on technical trust, estate, and tax-exempt organization issues Mentor and develop staff and senior-level tax professionals Collaborate with firm leadership on engagement strategy Active CPA license required 7-10 years public accounting experience with deep expertise in trust and estate taxation and tax-exempt organizations (990, 990-PF, 990-T) Proven ability to manage multiple complex engagements and lead client relationships Strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and collaborative mindset Base Salary : $150K-$210K depending on experience Hybrid schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote after training Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), CPE allowance, and paid time off
