Description

My Toolbox is Our Client's Digital Headquarters. It is built with SharePoint Online. This resource is used to focus on the content, quality of content, and type of content to ensure Our Client employees can get to the knowledge and information they need to perform their jobs and make decisions.

The core function of the job is developing a content strategy based on Our Client's business objectives and end user's needs.

Oversee content requirements and create content strategy deliverables including conducting content audits (qualitative analyses of all the content on network of sites), performing gap analyses, and new site owner training.

In addition, the content strategist will assist with the technical configuration of content within SharePoint Online Technology, work as a consultant to ensure site owners are maintaining sites using best practices and enabling our modern digital work practices and training as needed.

This role is also a backup to our AKARI Knowledge Management platform. Ensure operating procedures, quick reference guides, and our book of know is up-to-date and properly maintained.

The content strategist must display proficiency in and ability to provide good content recommendations within the boundaries of SharePoint Online.

Daily Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToIntranet team engagement & collaborationSite Owner trainingEngagement with business content owners to ensure the intranet provides the information end users need;

content is relevant and up to date.Understanding SharePoint Online Site designAbility to convert business owner requirements to a consistent organizing structure and good user centered design for intuitive user interaction.

Ensure key content is searchable and findable using the Microsoft Search capabilities. Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of Microsoft Search and SharePoint Online design features / functionalitiesUpdating older content to meet new content standardsEnsuring consistency across all content, from websitesMaking recommendations for My Toolbox vs MS TeamsProficient knowledge of SharePoint permissions and guidelinesMaking recommendations to consolidate, migrate, or delete sites as part of the annual Content Certifications and Health Checks processRequirements

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience3-5 years (post education) as a content strategist in a company or agency settingAbility to work independently under tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDesign-focusedSearch engine optimization (SEO) principlesExcels in collaborative environmentStrong communications and leadership skillsComfortable with all levels of a project - from production to project managementCommunication and leadership skillsExperience working in SharePoint OnlineDesired Skills
