Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Marion, Iowa (Greater Cedar Rapids Area)

Were looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team and provide quality hands-on support to residents in Marion, Iowa. As a CNA, youll play a vital role in ensuring each resident receives respectful, attentive, and personalized care that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being.

Location : Marion, IA (Greater Cedar Rapids Area)

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule : Flexible shift options Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends available

Pay : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support

Accurately take and record vital signs and promptly report any changes in resident condition

Promote resident safety, comfort, and independence through compassionate care and observation

Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-controlled environment

Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

Adhere to all facility policies, state regulations, and documentation standards

Qualifications

Active CNA certification listed on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry (required)

CPR / BLS certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain upon hire

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential physical caregiving tasks safely

Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
