Job Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
