You will manage multiple engineering teams, drive technical strategy, and oversee the development and maintenance of complex data pipelines. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure compliance requirements are met efficiently while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational velocity and accuracy across a growing portfolio of compliance projects. You will influence the technical direction, oversee execution of critical initiatives, and develop talent while contributing to a high-performing, mission-driven environment. Occasional remote work is supported with the requirement of a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Accountabilities :

• Lead engineering teams focused on automation, compliance workflows, and regulatory reporting pipelines.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and validation of reporting processes to meet compliance mandates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely report delivery.
• Drive technical strategy for initiatives including file validation, claims processing, and workflow exception handling.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles to align with compliance deadlines.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts, monitor project progress, and resolve technical or operational issues.
