Job Details

We are a leading law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the legal industry and is looking for a challenging and rewarding career. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will work with a team of legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters related to employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal opinions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
