Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, overseeing workstreams and career development

Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for the organization

Serve as a strategic partner to operational teams, delivering actionable financial insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, preferably in SaaS or tech

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SQL and BI tools preferred

2+ years of people leadership experience, guiding analysts at various career stages

Strong proficiency in large-scale data analysis and financial forecasting

Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
