The Traveling Housekeeping Standards Manager is responsible for auditing and ensuring operational compliance with Disney Cruise Line's operational housekeeping standards across the fleet. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service excellence through detailed inspections, crew and leaders knowledge and dedicated reporting. Extensive travel is required to conduct inspections, provide feedback, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of shipboard housekeeping operations, including guest staterooms, public areas, crew accommodations, laundry facilities, pool service operation and all equipment.
• Assess operational compliance with safety standards, SMS policies, and operational protocols, providing thorough reports with observations and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate onboard job training (OJT) and coaching sessions of the Housekeeping Leadership to ensure understanding and adherence to established procedures.
• Support the maintenance and regular updates of the Lodging Operating Guidelines (LOG) by verifying accuracy, application, and effectiveness in daily operations.
• Monitor the execution of critical housekeeping tasks, including :

Linen and terry care, inventory tracking, and par stock management.
