Summary
This role is ideal for a hungry HVAC seller who thrives in smaller markets and loves building a book of business from the ground up. You’ll focus heavily on securing preventative maintenance service agreements while uncovering opportunities for repair and replacement projects.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business in a tight, relationship-driven marketSecure preventative maintenance service agreements with commercial and industrial customersIdentify opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and project upgradesBuild a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, job walks, and local relationship buildingMeet with facility managers, building owners, and operational leaders to uncover needsPartner with internal estimating and service teams to scope, price, and deliver proposalsManage the full sales cycle from first touch to closeMaintain CRM accuracy for pipeline, forecasting, and follow-upsExperience You’ll Need
Demonstrated success selling commercial HVAC / mechanical service agreementsStrong hunter DNA with experience building territory from scratchExperience selling service contracts; project sales experience is a plusAbility to work independently and thrive in a lower-volume marketStrong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up disciplineLocal New England commercial / industrial relationships are a plusOur client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
