Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Competitive Pay

No Fridays or Weekends | Private Practice | Full-Time

Our team-driven private dental group is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our highly respected and supportive office. We’re a fast-paced, modern practice with a strong focus on quality patient care and team collaboration.

Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we’re excited to support your growth and success.

Position Highlights :

• Full-time , Monday–Thursday, 8AM to 5PM

( End times may vary slightly based on appointments )

No Fridays or weekends

Modern, 15-operatory office with in-house dental lab

Fully digital : Dentrix , Dexis , Schick sensors, intraoral cameras

Team includes 5 General Dentists, 2 Hygienists, and 20 support staff

All services offered, including extractions, root canals, implants, and Cerec crowns

Compensation & Benefits :

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Competitive hourly wage ($40 to $50 / hr) + bonuses

(Our hygienists have earned $90,000+ annually)

Qualifications :

Active Dental Hygiene License (new grads welcome)

Strong clinical skills and eagerness to learn

Experience with Dentrix and dental coding a plus
