What is the role about?

Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser, is seeking a dynamic Valve Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in our valve technologies sector. In this pivotal role, you'll identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and champion our engineered valve products across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Food & Beverage, Chemical, and more. This is a remote position, but you must reside within the assigned territory. If you combine strong technical expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills and thrive in a consultative sales environment, we want to hear from you.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Serve as the technical sales expert for control valves, actuators, and valve automation systems.
• Drive new business development and expand accounts through a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with customers to specify engineered-to-order valve solutions for severe service applications.
• Conduct site visits and application reviews to gather process data and build long-term customer trust.
• Prepare accurate quotations and collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Vendor teams.
• Represent Rust and our manufacturers at industry events, training sessions, and customer audits.
