Job Title : ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool

Location : Trenton, NJ 08638 (New Jersey healthcare jobs)

Employment Type : Local, On-Site Nursing Position

Hours per Week : 36 (Full-Time Nursing Job)

Assignment Duration : 8 weeks (potential for extension)

Start Date : December 2, 2025

Shift : Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

EMR System : Cerner

Hourly Pay Rate : $83.70 / hr

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880-$2020

ICU RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU and MST (Medical Surgical Telemetry) nursing experience

Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse License (required at time of application)

BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIH Stroke certifications (all required)

Flu vaccination required (no declinations accepted)

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Strong adaptability and willingness to float between Regional Medical Center and Hopewell Campuses

ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU and MST settings across multiple hospital campuses

Float between Regional Medical Center and Hopewell Campuses as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR

Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled
