Customer Experience Associate
The Customer Experience Associate is the frontline connection between RushOrderTees and its customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the custom apparel ordering process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life through high-quality custom products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions, provide quotes, and assist with order placement.
Order Management : Guide customers through each step of the ordering process from product selection and design review to payment and delivery ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
Problem Solving : Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Product & Process Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RushOrderTees' products, printing techniques, and production timelines to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Design, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and meet quality expectations.
Customer Feedback : Gather insights from customer interactions to identify trends, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a better overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience : 12 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred; experience in e-commerce or custom apparel a plus.
Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication
Active listening and empathy
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity (Salesforce experience a plus)

Work Environment & Schedule
Location : Onsite at RushOrderTees' Philadelphia facility
Schedule : Full-time; flexible availability including some evenings or weekends during peak seasons
