ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with clients
Develop personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and abilities
Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed
Requirements :
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
Certification in personal training or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Knowledge of nutrition and health coaching principles
Experience working with a diverse range of clients and fitness levels
License / Certification :
Athletic Trainer Certification / license (Required)
