Job descriptionCoordinate cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and client stakeholders. Facilitate project planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership. Ensure alignment with contractual obligations and delivery milestones. Support proposal development and delivery planning for new opportunities. Contribute to solutioning and staffing strategies during pre-sales. 15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public sector environments. PMP or equivalent certification required. Strong understanding of state and local government operations and procurement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public sector environments. Masters Degree
Director Project Manager
The Director Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Technology Partner by overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects for state and local government clients. This role ensures alignment between client expectations, delivery teams, and Guidehouse's strategic goals.

- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
