Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on our F-35 program. This leadership opportunity is located onsite in Redondo Beach, California.
This senior manager is responsible for the overall F-35 Risks, Issues, and Opportunity (RIO) Management process implementation, execution, and training. This manager will integrate all Risks, Issues, and Opportunities cross three operating units (Production, Development and Sustainment), International Programs, and Functions on F-35 program. RIO manager will adjudicate potential conflicts handling ownerships of risk handling, guide the Program RIO Process throughout the entire life cycle from identification, implementation, to realization or retirement. The RIO Manager will interface with multiple disciplines including internal Program Management, IPT Leaders, functional leaders, and Chief Engineering Office.
Candidate will be responsible for all Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Management Processes and work all aspects of RIO management at the Program Level.

Primary Level Salary Range : $187,000.00 - $280,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
