Job descriptionThe Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close, manage AP / AR, process invoices with matching as well as other accounting duties (reconcile corporate credit cards, track receipts, and generate some financial reports) Assisting in audit preparation, vendor onboarding, and internal audit operational support Support the Finance Manager on grant / gift processing Oversee office logistics, vendor management and records retention Assist with recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration Bachelors degree preferred, as well as 3+ years experience in an accounting / finance setting Nonprofit experience would be a plus! Hybrid, 2 days on-site required each week to collect mail / invoices and process appropriately $70,000 - $100,000 / year depending on experience
