Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing detailed proposals for various construction projects, ensuring that we meet client specifications and maintain competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Analyze historical data to develop pricing models and benchmarks.
• Interface with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and information.
• Present and explain estimates to clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary.
