The Associate Participant Services Administrator is responsible for providing account support to retirement
plans administered by Greenleaf Trust. Account support is provided by responding to calls, texts, emails and
live chats. Additionally, there is an opportunity to support division initiatives towards continuous
improvement. This role offers an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills needed to grow in the retirement
plan industry. The role is primarily performed on-site in the Kalamazoo office.

Retirement plan types and fundamentals of plan design
Respond to the majority of daily help center inquiries
account attempts
