Anesthesiologist Opportunity
Our award-winning Bariatric Practice is based on providing exemplary customer service, while assisting patients to achieve their weight loss goals. We serve patients in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
We have a growing ASC and we are looking for an additional Anesthesiologist to be responsible for the care and comfort of our patients before, during and immediately after medical and surgical procedures. The Anesthesiologist is responsible for monitoring patient health through the administration of anesthesia and other medication.
To be a successful Anesthesiologist, you should be meticulous in your work, focused, and detail-oriented. You should be able to work under intense pressure and stress as you are responsible for people's lives.

The compensation range is $120,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance for assigned regional practices.
- Drive throughput and support topline revenue growth by meeting operational targets.
- Partner with physicians on clinical, operational, and cultural matters.
- Manage and develop a team of Practice Operations Managers.
- Develop, manage, and adhere to operational budgets and forecasts.
- Implement cultural, operational, and clinical best practices across practices.
- Optimize practice metrics and KPIs, including surgical backlog, wait times, and throughput.
- Onboard new practice teams and ensure rapid ramp-up to profitability.
- Track KPIs, ROI, and performance gaps; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee hiring, development, and termination of operations staff.
- Champion and reinforce NYBG's culture within each practice.
Qualifications
510 years of operations management experience in a high-growth, multi-site service organization.Preferred experience in healthcare (e.g., orthopedics, surgery) or consumer / retail-facing industries.Strong background in physician relationship management.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong presentation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.Mission-driven and aligned with the company's purpose.Willingness to travel up to 75%.Bachelor's degree required.Master's degree in related field preferred.
