Job descriptionLead the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising positions, interviewing, and onboarding talent. Strategic recruiting to attract talent meeting the core values of PVE. Enhance onboarding program to create a seamless experience that sets new team members up for success. Collaborate with managers to foster team member development, engagement and retention. Assist in performance management processes and team member relations initiatives. Act as a culture ambassador through engagement programs, promoting inclusivity, recognition, and well-being. Gather and analyze HR metrics for trends and improvement opportunities. Build pipelines through outreach, networking and community engagement. 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in senior living. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Understanding of talent acquisition best practices, compliance, employment law, and passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
