As a real estate intern, you'll have the chance to work closely with our experienced team and learn the ins and outs of the industry.

Compensation : Academic Credit Through Internship Program
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with creating and implementing marketing campaigns
- Planning and coordinating events
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting with social media content
- Data entry and management
- Researching and gathering information related to the real estate market
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Providing support to other team members as needed
- Attending and participating in team meetings
- Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the field
- Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the industry
Qualifications :
- Located in or near San Marcos, CA
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to marketing, business or real estate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
