Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Professional - Paramedic

Work Schedule :

Part-time, 60% FTE, day / evening. Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 7 : 00am - 7 : 30pm or 8 : 00am - 8 : 30pm, every other weekend required. Holiday and overnight on-call responsibilities required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are looking for experienced Paramedics to join the HBHC interdisciplinary care team to provide care to hospitalized patients receiving acute care in their home, including clinical assessments, medication administration, vital sign collection, and patient education.
