Job Description :

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. They make eye contact, smile, and greet all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand safety is the number one priority and practice safe behaviors at all times.
• Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Treat all customers and associates with respect and courtesy.
• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Represent and support the Company brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors.
• Replenish restroom supplies and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Adhere to the Company's dress code at all times.
• Perform daily assigned sizing and recovery per company best practice.
• Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor.
