Orland Toyota is adding to their Management staff. The Sales Manager's essential duties will be as follows.
- Oversee daily sales operations for new and pre-owned departments
- Monitor the salesperson's productivity and performance
- Arrange Dealer trades with other Toyota Dealerships
- Assist Sale people with the sale of a vehicle and closing of the deal
- Knowledge the incentives on the new car models
- Attend Sales Manager meetings weekly
- Help with the F & I department
- Hire and train sales staff
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in an Automotive Dealership
- Used Car Manager a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to appraise cars is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of CRM system, digital retail tools, and inventory management
