The Enterprise Banking Center of Excellence is a team within Global Commercial Services (GCS) at American Express. We seek to expand the concept of Card membership through a curated set of financial services products that deliver differentiated value. We are looking for colleagues who enjoy building products and experiences from the ground up, have a strong external perspective and like to roll up their sleeves to accomplish common goals. We are seeking a Director of Digital Product Management who will advance our banking vision by leading the delivery of core deposit products and experiences, with a particular focus on Account Governance capabilities.
This role will work closely with our product management teams to define the roadmap for new products, features and enhancements with the goal of making deposit accounts an essential part of the customers' financial lives. The Director will then work closely with their partner product and platform teams to design and deliver best in class experiences, like leading FDIC 370 product development for banking, data and reporting, and testing our capabilities. The candidate will need to bring a strong perspective, a passion for digital products and trends, a research and data driven approach and be able to make key decisions.

Salary Range : $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
