Accounts Payable
Penmac Staffing is recruiting for an AP Specialist for a large healthcare company located in Springfield, MO. This position is in the accounting department and is a temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities include :
- Code bills and credit card charges and enter into financial software
- Solves problems with bills and orders.
- Answer questions about accounts from internal and external representatives
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of accounting payable / accounting experience with post high school education.
- Knowledge of MS Office software required.
- Skills needed are accurate data entry and excellent customer service
