Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, friendly team player to join our team! As Patient Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, answering phones, greeting and check in / out patients, collecting copays, maintaining electronic medical records, working with Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain / verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations.  The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning, 3 - 5 years previous medical office experience, bilingual (Spanish) and / or eClinicalWorks experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting and check in / out patients
  • Collecting copays
  • Maintaining electronic medical records
  • Working with Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain / verify insurance coverage and pre-authorizations.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • 3 - 5 years medical office experience
  • Bilinqual (Spanish) a plus
