This firm delivers exceptional service and expertise in accounting, finance consulting, advisory solutions, and recruiting, supporting a diverse range of clients across industries and ownership structures. Whether clients need strategic guidance to optimize financial operations, interim support, or team augmentation with top-tier professionals, this organization is ready to help. The Consulting division leverages highly skilled professionals to provide interim staffing, staff augmentation, and consulting services in areas such as controllership, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, technical research, financial systems, PMO, internal audit, tax, treasury, and more.
The Role
As a Business Development professional, your responsibilities will include :
- Expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored consulting solutions.
- Generating new business through strategic outreach, networking, and leveraging industry and technical expertise.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Advising clients on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Leading client discovery meetings and annual business reviews to assess needs and align consulting resources.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive long-term client engagement and revenue growth.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of internal best practices.
- Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build new relationships.
- Partnering with leadership to identify new service offerings and market opportunities based on client feedback and industry trends.
Qualifications
10+ years of combined experience in accounting / finance and talent solutionsideally within public accounting, advisory / consulting, or a similar environmentwith a proven track record in building client relationships and networks.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A consultative mindset with a passion for creating value for clients.Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable consulting solutions.Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.Comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and other decision-makers.Self-starter with a high level of initiative, capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.Why Join Our Client?
