About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Project Manager / Agile & Scrum Master to lead a strategic Digital Point of Sale (POS) initiative involving third-party vendor integrations. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience, particularly those with exposure to the mortgage or financial services domain.
You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring agile delivery, and coordinating technical requirements across software development, code upgrades, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform data mapping between systems and ensure accuracy of data flows
Oversee software development lifecycle including code upgrades and API integrations
Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Required Qualifications :
2–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Scrum Master roles
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
Experience in software development projects, especially involving API integrations
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services sector is a strong plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
