Plumbing Designer

To provide engineering and design support for various commercial, municipal, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities :

• Design of service water piping, sewage disposal systems, specialty piping, fire safety systems
• Verifying that designs meet local and national building codes
• Conduct predesign site visits to survey existing conditions, prepare preliminary drawings, and obtain necessary approvals
• Develop contract documents (calculations, design drawings, schematics, and details) for construction and will review submittals to verify conformance with those documents
• Conduct site observations to verify conformance with contract documents and building codes.

Salary : $60-$70K
