CDS Intake Specialist

A company is looking for a CDS Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for network providers, physicians, and members.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process authorization request intake via phone, fax, and web

Verify eligibility and completeness of information for authorization requests

Provide customer service to callers following up on existing authorization requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

0 or more years of applicable work experience

Experience in a medical, healthcare, and / or contact center setting is preferred

Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods

Capability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
