LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience or relevant internship experience in an office setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities :
Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Update internal systems and databases as needed
Answer and direct phone calls courteously
Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
Assist with scheduling and calendar management
Support general administrative tasks and office operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of office experience or internship in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Hours : 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
Monday through Friday
Worksite Type :
In office, one day remote after training
