Overview : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our clients and hospitality-related operations.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for various hospitality roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to attract potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and progress.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality industry.Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.Familiarity with hospitality recruitment processes and best practices.Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).Prior experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Benefits :
