Office CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Coordinator with 7 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage meeting schedules, room setups, and visitor protocols.
- Maintain the appearance of reception and client-facing areas to align with brand standards.
- Handle incoming calls, mail, and deliveries with precision and confidentiality.
- Monitor and replenish supplies for reception, kitchen, and hospitality needs, including snacks and beverages.
- Support planning and execution of on-site meetings, investor visits, and special events.
- Ensure adherence to security and confidentiality procedures across all responsibilities.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, building management, and facilities regarding reception-related issues.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering arrangements and tech setup.
- Provide coverage for administrative colleagues during absences to maintain operational continuity.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for designated leaders.
- Lead internal communications such as birthday announcements, weekly schedules, and team updates.
- Oversee Board meeting preparation, including printing and organizing Board Books.
- Oversee conference rooms post-meetings to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
- Facilitate secure collection of signatures on confidential documents.
Experience :
5 years of Office Coordinator experience, prior experience is financial services is a plusEmployment Type : Direct HireWork Site : On-Site Salary : $80-90k / yr
Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
