POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with our clients, managing multiple projects, and ensuring each job is delivered with quality, speed, and the professionalism our clients expect.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintainingstrong, long-term relationships.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams - both in writing and verbally.Understand client goals and translate them into clear project requirements for the production team.Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges.Provide accurate estimates, quotes, and timelines to clients.Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing supportMaintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and capabilities.Support the company mission by providing exceptional customer service and representing the company with integrity and enthusiasm.Attend industry events to further expand the company brandPerform other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
3+ years of account management or project management experience, preferably in marketing or related industriesBachelor's degree in business or related field preferredProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence and well developed presentation skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveComfortable working independently while being a strong team playerCustomer-first mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
