Smartland is a fast-growing real estate and property management company that oversees a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and single-family homes throughout the Cleveland area. Were looking for an experienced, motivated Property Manager whos ready to take charge of daily operations, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and drive strong portfolio performance.

What Youll Do

As a Property Manager at Smartland, youll play a key leadership role in creating thriving communities and achieving business goals.

• Manage properties within budget while meeting financial and operational objectives
• Maximize income, control expenses, and maintain consistently high occupancy levels
• Lead, train, and schedule on-site staff, ensuring strong team performance
• Oversee leasing and maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and resident satisfaction
• Enforce company policies, maintain compliance with housing laws and regulations
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the Regional Manager
• Strengthen community engagement by organizing resident programs and events
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor all property expenses
