Back End Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable, high-performance software using modern technologies like C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Design and contribute to the system architecture behind our SaaS platform, working hand-in-hand with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Write clean, testable code — and help level up the team’s quality standards through unit tests, automation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to shape the future of our products and algorithms.
• Own tough technical challenges, deliver results on schedule, and contribute to an agile, fast-moving team.
• Translate user needs into elegant, practical solutions that power exceptional customer outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
