About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Global Sales for the Life Sciences Industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing the global sales strategy to meet revenue targets and growth objectives. This role requires a leader who can manage a global sales team, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies. The VP will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the life sciences industry, specifically in clinical trials, data analytics, and clinical research. A proven track record of success in managing global sales teams and achieving revenue targets is essential. The role demands a candidate with strong knowledge of the life sciences industry and the competitive landscape, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically. The VP should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team and be willing to travel as required.
