Salary Information
Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. The pay range reflects the entry level and maximum salary potential in the assigned pay grade.
**A starting salary may be negotiated and will be commensurate with education, training and experience in alignment with pay administration policies and Montgomery Personnel Board Rules & Regulations**
Nature of Work
This is specialized work in organizing and supervising programs of play and recreational activities for children and adults at parks and playgrounds.This announcement for Recreation Aide has been released as an advertisement for individuals interested in working for the Leisure Services, Parks and Recreation Department.
Applications are passed out and accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM at Oak Park located on 1010 Forest Ave., Montgomery, AL
