Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is seeking a motivated Commercial Loan Assistant to assist loan officers in reviewing loan applications, collecting required documents, verifying documents, conducting financial analysis, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus

Responsibilities :

• Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements
• Collect required information from borrowers
• Verification of documents provided by borrowers
• Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
• Gather information for underwriting including financial analysis, property value evaluation, and title search
• Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office is required
• Ability to analyze financial data
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
