Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor leads and manages shop floor employees and lead hands to ensure production runs smoothly, on time, and meets quality and safety standards. This role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating with the Drawing Release team to ensure accurate electrical schematics, and maintaining an organized and safe shop environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and organize lead hands and shop floor staff.
  • Monitor production schedules and report progress or delays to managers.
  • Ensure the latest electrical schematics and drawings are used on the shop floor.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
  • Track attendance and manage daily reports.
  • Assist with hiring, promotions, and other personnel actions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot electrical production issues.
  • Promote a safe work environment and follow Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Keep the shop floor clean and organized, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts and with management.
