End Date : April 4, 2026

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am), with possible evening shifts (9 : 00pm – 9 : 30pm or 11 : 00pm – 11 : 30pm)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,990 - $2,130

On-Site Position

No on-call required; possible weekends

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license (Massachusetts RN license preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

BLS certification required

Ability to complete facility-specific orientation and self-study modules

Successful completion of all onboarding health and background requirements (fit test, TB test, immunizations, background checks)

Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients

Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care in the Operating Room

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and procedures

Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and possible evenings, with flexibility for occasional weekends

Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
