Responsibilities

• Review and respond to approximately 300 facility-related alarm notifications (including differential pressure, temperature, humidity, and other critical parameters).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot root causes of alarms, coordinate repairs, and verify return to normal conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of alarm responses, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Instrument calibration and maintenance; manage the maintenance schedule for all calibrated instruments and equipment using the Blue Mountain CMMS.
• Coordinate calibrations, preventative maintenance, and repairs with internal teams and vendors; ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
• Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in alarm handling, maintenance, or calibration; recommend and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and documentation enhancements.
• Assist in developing SOPs and training materials for alarm response and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to address facility-related issues.
