Executive Personal Assistant
The Deamer Group is excited to partner with Vega Impact Group in a search for a dynamic multi-tasking Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) for its Downtown Chicago location.
This is a Full-time hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Vega Impact Group
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will support the founder and Chief Executive Officer. You will develop a deep understanding of Vega's business priorities and initiatives exercising precision, speed and good judgment.
The EPA must maintain a professional demeanor, be emotionally intelligent and able to receive and give criticism as it pertains to the work.
Role Responsibilities
- Manages and performs special projects as assigned in support of the CEO and business.
- Assists the CEO with maintaining and improving internal systems.
- Manages the CEO's calendar and acts as the gate keeper, keeping the CEO on task.
- Manages organizational relationship tracking in CRM.
- Researches and provide meeting briefs on attendees and subject matter.
- Prepares and edits reports and presentation decks ensuring they all conform to organizational standards.
- Coordinates internal and external meetings, conference calls and travel.
- Organizes internal and client-facing events including appreciation functions.
- Works with CEO to manage CEO's professional social media.
- Records meeting minutes and notes for both internal and external meetings.
- Creates and organizes research information generating reference tools for easy use.
- Manages and responds to emails, telephone calls and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Manages general office duties, equipment, supplies, and acts as the point of contact for related vendors.

Location : Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Salary : $55,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience providing executive C-Suite or equivalent support.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality professional poise and resilience.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Must have a high level of emotional and professional aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce error free work products.
- Ability to set-up and manage IT and AV related systems and applications.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License.
