As a Child Autism Specialist, you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an entry-level role and does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities
Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methodsImplement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapyTeam up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality careQualifications
Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComputer and tablet literacyMust have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essentialMust be able to meet the following physical requirements : sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit / kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a clientPreference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degreeWhat We Offer
